Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share some updates with you. We are steadily working with many women needing our services and are still so humbled to be a part of this process. You have all touched our lives and we are amazed, every day, at the strength, courage and love that we see walk through our doors.
While we hear a lot of positive feedback, and find that insurances are covering our procedures more often than not, we find that under our current set-up, that we have reached a threshold for the number of women that we can work with in a day/week/month. This is causing a back log in our appointment setting that is over 6 months.
For some women, this works, but we find that for most, it is too long. We have been working diligently to find every way possible to make our process as efficient as possible so that we can increase our availability. In doing so, we have decided to bring on additional help. This will allow more appointment openings and at the same time, cut the back log in half (hopefully). We have also recognized that for the women who still cannot wait that long, due to travel arrangements or for other various reasons, that we will also reserve a few additional appointment slots for them with specialized pricing.
With this new process will come new friendly faces and additional hours. Along with all of this benefit, will come additional cost and responsibility. We have worked together to agree that while we must raise the cost of our services to cover the associated expenses, that it be for the least possible amount to you so we can continue to provide the quality and service you’ve come to expect while at an affordable price.
The new price list is listed below for your review and goes into effect immediately.
Unilateral: $400 deposit with $200 due at the time of service
Bilateral: $400 deposit with $400 due at the time of service
As always, we will be providing you with everything needed for your claim that you can submit to your insurance company.
We will also be donating a portion of our proceeds to our new Non-Profit organization that will be helping indigent women around the world who cannot afford tattooing.
